Overview

This extension provides a new payment method "Cash on Delivery" in Magento. It has the following features: 

1. Ability to charge a flat fee
   
   
2. Ability to charge a percentage fee
   
   
3. Percentage Fee may be based on cart subtotal including or excluding shipping amount
   
   
4. Ability to charge both percentage and flat fee
   
   
5. Ability to charge higher of percentage or flat fee
   
   
6. Custom text that is displayed on checkout billing page
   
   
7. Ability to configure different rates based on any combination of country, region, cart total, cart weight and shipping method basis
   
   
8. Breakdown of COD cost in order review, admin view, invoices, customer emails, PDFs,etc.
