Shipping Level

The extension will take the highest shipping level of the items in the cart and use this to filter for rates in the CSV file. So for instance if you have three products at level 1 and one product at level 5 it will find shipping rates pertaining to level 5. The idea of levels is around security, so the higher the level the greater the security in shipping is required. This must be a numeric value.
