Steps

If you need any support with your extension then please raise a ticket in your account dashboard. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your issue as this will help us to better support you. Please send us:

  • Order Name & Number
  • Explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots describing the issue
  • Magento version number
  • FTP & Magento admin access if this is appropriate.
  • The CSV file that you are using if this is appropriate
